Trash Dash (a business name of MDKA Corp) is a junk removal company serving Los Angeles County, California. This policy explains what information we collect through our website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

We only collect what we need to give you an estimate and do the job:

• Contact details: your name, phone number and email.
• Job details: pickup address, ZIP code, item descriptions, access details (floor, stairs, parking) and your preferred day and time.
• Photos you upload of the items to be removed. Our crew may also take before-and-after photos of the job.
• Your answers to us: estimate approvals, approvals of extra work, and an optional rating of our service.
• Basic technical data that every website receives, such as your browser type. We count page visits anonymously: no cookies, and we do not store your IP address. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

To prepare your estimate, schedule and complete the job, send you updates about your request, take payment, keep business and tax records, and improve our service. We may contact you about your request by phone, text or email.

Price Check photos

If you use our Price Check, your photos are sent to an AI service (Anthropic) only to count the items in them. We do not store those photos. Photos you send with a request are stored privately so our team can review them.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or share your personal information for advertising. We use trusted service providers only to run our business: hosting and secure database storage, email delivery, and the AI service described above. They may use your information only to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Your private status link

After you send a request you get a private link to track it. Anyone who has the link can see that request, so please do not share it publicly. If you think your link was shared by mistake, contact us and we will replace it.

How long we keep it

We keep job records, including photos, for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet our tax and legal record-keeping duties. You can ask us to delete your information sooner, unless we must keep it by law.

Your choices and California rights

You can ask us what personal information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just call, text or email us. We will not treat you differently for making a request.

Security

Your information is stored in secure, access-controlled systems. Your photos are never public. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Children

Our service is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new date.
