Yes. Sending photos and getting an estimate costs nothing.
PricingHow is the price calculated?
By how much of our truck your items fill, plus extra disposal fees for things like fridges, mattresses and electronics, and access (stairs without an elevator, long carries, disassembly). Try our Price Check for an approximate range — your exact price comes after a real person reviews your request.
PricingWhat if the job is bigger than expected?
We send you the extra cost first. Nothing is added to your bill until you approve it.
BookingWhen is my booking confirmed?
After you approve the price and we confirm your time slot. Until then, your preferred time is a request.
BookingDo I need an account?
No. You get a private link to track your request.
BookingCan I reschedule or cancel?
Yes, free of charge — just call or text us at least 2 hours before your arrival window. If our crew arrives and can’t do the job (no access, or nobody there to let us in when we need to get inside), a $50 trip fee may apply.
On the dayDo I need to be home?
Not always. If your items are outside — at the curb, in the driveway or in an open garage — and you’ve approved the price, you don’t need to be there. We text you photos when we’re done. If the items are inside, someone 18 or older needs to let us in.
On the dayWhat if my items are upstairs or hard to reach?
Tell us about floors, stairs, elevator, parking and carry distance in your request, so your estimate includes it.
Items & paymentWhat items can’t you take?
Hazardous waste: paint, solvents, chemicals, pesticides, pool chemicals, motor oil, antifreeze, gasoline, propane tanks, asbestos, medical waste, needles, ammunition and explosives. We can take electronics, fridges, AC units and mattresses for a recycling fee.
Items & paymentWhere do my items go?
Every load goes to licensed facilities, the way California law requires: general junk to permitted landfills and transfer stations; mattresses, electronics, appliances and tires to the right recycling facilities.

Cash, debit or credit card, Zelle, Venmo, Apple Pay or Cash App. You pay when the job is done — nothing up front.
PricingDo you have a referral discount?
Yes! If a friend who has already used Trash Dash sends you to us, you both get $20 off. Pick “A friend referred me” in the request form and enter their phone number — we check it against our customer records.
